If he does, whose blood is it? With vampires needing blood to drink and survive, why is it they never go to a blood bank? Do they drink only one type of blood or doesn't it matter?

The myth goes that a vampire "freezes" it aspect of the moment He/she was transformed, and It doesn't change, So they don't really need to shave. But when they cut themselves they bleed, 'cause it is part of the spawn process....

There are so many answers to that question. Vampirism has been interpretted so many different ways throughout fiction.
Lets say a vampire's body empties of blood every oce in a while. in that case he wouldn't bleed if he cuts himself, but only if he hasn't dined in a long enough time to become empty. In any other circumstance I think he would bleed.
On the other hand, why would he be shaving? It's a common belief that bodily finctions such as hair growth stop after being turned, so there would be no stubble every morning to shave off unless he died with it.
I doubt it matters what type of blood they drink, but I bet different types of blood or blood from different species/races taste different. Mostly based on the victems' diets. Immagine a vampire with a degree in bartending. Think of the blood cocktails he could creat. I bet blood with a lot of garlic would have an effect similar to alcohol or possibly a heavier drug.
As for the banks, if vampires did exist they would either have some agreement worked out where the banks would welcome our nocturnal friends during the night to sell blood, or else the vamps would simply break in and steal it.

Answer to your first question. Since Vampires are technically undead, their hair and finger nails ect. dont grow. so there is no need to shave.
Vampires dont go to the blood bank because at the blood bank the blood parts are seperated and so you don't get all the goodness of whole blood.
All Vampires are in the AB+ Blood Type and this means that they can drink any blood they like. However there are some exceptions. Made Vampires (the ones that are not born) keep the blood type that they had in life and so therefore they can only have some kinds of blood. If they do take the wrong type of blood, they get a nasty case of indigestion and are forced to completely remove it before it coagulates and they are forced to throw it all up for survival.

In most cultural stories and novels, Vampires have the appearence they had at time of death or transformation, therefore they would not, usually need to shave. In some views, Vampires are alive, after a fashion, and would presumably, continue to produce their own cells, therefore their blood would be a mixture of their own and what they consumed.
Some vampires in novels require the vital quality of blood taken directly from the living, although the novels of Anne Rice are in the minority in requiring that the feeding of a vampire result in the death of the "victim".
The vampires of the White Wolf game certainly do use blood banks, but if there were real vampires, they might object of the addition of various compounds, sodium citrate et al. to blood bank blood to prohibit clotting, deterioration and other concerns of mere mortals.

if you were to recall the movie interview with a vampire he would not shave because the hair would return as quickly as he removed it an yes he might bleed based on the blade movies but not for long cause myth states that vampires heal rather rapidly , blood Banks are to movie hypy and vampires are a secretive kind the fun is in the lure of the victims and in most legends the type of blood did not matter for instance again with interview of a vamp he drank of rats to live and in Dracula stories race and creed had no Bering of all the stories and movies most of the legends stay the same .

I haven't seen a vampire shaving, but I would imagine he would bleed a snot color. They do not go to the blood bank because they close before dark. I have went for a few and picked up a few pints and they prefer a certain type but will drink anything.

They heal instantly so they wouldn't bleed but, they don't need to shave because their hair remains the same as it was when they died. If he shaved, it would just grow back instantly.

They don't go to blood banks because the blood needs to be warm from a live body. As to the type, I hear they prefer a little buzz sometimes so drunks are for party time, youth are for when your feeling old, elderly are for when you desire wisdom, athletes...well..you get the theme here.

Love the vampire lore.

It is pretty hard for a vampire to shave, because they don't cast a reflection in the mirror. Why go to a blood bank when there is always fresh meat around.

Vampires don't need to shave. Their hair doesn't grow (unless they want it too). And some do go to blood banks. Or set up fake blood drives.

Blood banks are only open in the day. Have you ever seen a vampire in the open at daytime.
