If you are lifting weights, be sure to give rest in between sets and training days. Pump higher repetition to lower weight. That way you can ensure to have a better functioning muscle (and lower the possibility for injury.)

No. Because this is a large muscle group and it needs time to rest from workouts

you can but it will be a waste of time give it a few days rest in between shoulder days

every other day because it needs time to rest and repair on the off day, if you train everyday you will overwork it and it will get injured
