I've seen him a few times, he wears a green suit and looks kinda like the mask, and does strange cartoon things with his body and face. I was wondering who he was. Does anyone know?

He is an actual real life comedian, he does shows in real life, hes not a cartoon, or anything like that. Hes not a character in a movie either.

Chinese opera person who accidently got sprayed with green paint. That explains the face and body changing, and why glass always shatters when he gets near.
