What should WE do? What do YOU think?

I find myself somewhat surprised by the amount of hatred being expressed on Yahoo Answers and its difficult to suprise me. I would not have thought it possible to find so many things about so many people that we all despise. As members of rhe online community of Yahoo Answers what should we do to make a breakthrough in the way people perceive and accept each others diversity (a catchall description of color, politics, religion, etc.) and enrich our lives, move us a step closer to world peace ?What do YOU think? Don't quote scripture or The Prophet, don't cut and paste someone elses opinion or an entire article from Wikapedia, don't tell me who we should impeach or elect or assasinate. Be original or be unconsidered for the 10 points.

Some people have a real problem saying something important. They can't conceive of a bigger picture. It's easy to say "I hate" whatever than it is to articulate why you don't agree. Think outside the box. Don't just talk, say something important. Make someone smile or laugh. Leave them wanting to ask another question.

Call me what you will. Say these are "hidden feelings". Tell me I have a sick sense of humor. I don't care.

I like to get on peoples nerves. I'm not going to lie. I think it's fun watching peoples reactions when you "strike a nerve". I'm not full of hatred at all. I am more of a jokester. More playful than anything. Should anyone make the mistake of taking me seriously, it is their fault, and I could care less!

It is the internet. People can't see when you are serious, or when you are joking. That is the beauty of it. You can do almost anything via internet. Almost anonymously, hopefully. It is better to mess with someone on the internet, than do it in person and cause an actual commotion.

It's just a joke, at least for me. If you're going to take a couple of playful, or in some cases, actual hateful people and use them to generalize the rest of the population, you need help!

It's a circle it's like oxen pressing flour or doves caught in a cage for sale in the meat market. You can buy those doves set them free and all they do is walk in a circle. We all hold the stone up and look from different angles. We find people who see it as we do and people who don't. We meet people who can't see what we see and we can't see what they do. It's sheep were all sheep we all have different shepards some sheep are wolves in sheeps clothing. Those who attack needlessly insulting others are wolves telling them they are wolves is pointless. I like you am pretty hard to surprise but most of the personal atttacks is just ignorance on fire. That quality has no age requirement. As for world peace that will happen, they will join again under the premise of rebuilding the tower of babel. God will look and scatter humanity into liberals,democrats, conservatives,atheists and agnostics again by scrambling our langauges. I think he does this on purpose to ensure diversity within his creation. I think he'll keep doing over and over until humanity mirrors the lion and the lamb laying at peace together. I don't think god is fooled by impressive factual arguments with sources quoted intolerance is intolerance not matter what umbrella you find it under hiding from rain.

I try to live my life as a good person. Then people learn that I am different in my beliefs, they realize that not all people with my beliefs are bad. Most people are surpised, and I explain my point of view and back it up. I have changed many peoples minds about things this way.
I think its important to know why you think certian way or believe in something. Do the reading, watch something educational, don't just swallow what you are told!

My planet has everything you talked about, but it has other things as well. In life we must separate good from evil, why would you think Yahoo!Answers is any different.

There are still many unenlightened people around and it will always be. We can't change others but we can change ourselves. Just don't read their questions so as not to give them the satisfaction that they have been heard. It will really irk them.

I want to know why men are so bothered about us being gay?there are so many questions asking why we are gay,and if we should have kids,or if we are going to heaven.People who are gay,either a guy or a girl arent going to change what we are because some straight person thinks we could ,or should.we arent going to make a straight person gay,,or give them cooties.wouldnt it be funny if being gay was contagous?you dont hassle someone for wearing a green shirt so why bother us,we arent bothering you .And we arent going to change
