I took a pregnancy test the other day it came back NEGATIVE but im still concerned that it might be wrong. Im on ortho-cyclen. When I had my period last month it was light but it stayed on for 5 days as usually. But i still have a feeling somthings wrong. Im now on the placebo pills and it hasnt come on yet, but my cycle is 28 days and the 28th day hasnt got here yet. I have been cramping and have headaches like normal but im not bleeding. Do you like i should worry?

Nah..you're worrying is probably just messing up your cycle...but get another test if you're still worried.

Sometimes periods become irregular because of habits, such as eating and exercising. You could also just be experienceing a hormone influx. After the 28th day comes again, take another test. If it comes back negative, then you probably don't have anything to worry about. I know waiting makes it worse, so if you're extremely worried, you might try going to a clinic.

if your test is negative, i would recommend you to take it twice, or probably 3 times , just to be sure. Get someone like a friend to help you. If the test is still coming negative, then your problem might be stress. Stress is what causes weird things in a women's period. I know how you feel, but this happened to my ex, and it took her about 3 months to get her normal period, crazy huh?

if you are taking the pills correctly you should not be pregnant. There is only a !% chance of pregnancy unless you have been on antibiotics. If you pass the 28 day and have no period- test again. Bless you.

Try not to stress it, that can delay your period longer. IF you were pregnant you would only be from intercourse 2 weeks ago. Wait a week and take another test, but its not uncommon to have very light periods while on birth control.

First of all mellow out a little. Your stressing yourself out just by worry. Stress will mess up anything. Go to the doctor if you miss your cycle.

I wouldn't worry too much just yet. Give it some time. The switch could have messed you up a little bit.
