Want to use a file under my voice memo for a ringtone. I can find it when I just look under audio file, but not ringtones. Is it possible? Thanks.

Instead of using the "voice memo" to save it..
Menu > Tools > Recorder
Use that. Then, it should be under your audio files. Then you can use it as a ring tone.
