i lost my important folders that i deleted to my trash on my email then i emptied them.Now i need them back

If you are really serious about getting files back, then you can email your email service provider to retrieve it for you. like email hotmail operators directly. Best of luck
How else do you think police check other ppls email and stuff. there is always a way to retrieve anything when it comes to computers
