you were there first, so i would talk to my supervisor and tell him/her that i left a job because this co worker was causing problems and i can't keep running from him/her because he/she has fallowed you to this job to,and that i enjoy my job and don't want to lose it . maybe there's a way for all of you to sit down and find out what this person's problem is, you don't want him to end up being some kind of stalker or something,if he/she keeps following you, you may have to make a police report or get a restraining order

My sympathies with u, but practically there is nothing u can or should do. Ignorance is sometimes a virtue. Just bear with it and when ur lack of response tires out the guy/grl. start correspondence with the ex-worker on a positive note this time around(that's only if u think he's/she's worth it). Remember loud mouths work both ways - for and against u.

Just talk to your manager, and ask if you can be relocated to a different department. And if he is truly causing problems, that would be grounds for dismissal or corrective action, then again just talk to your manager. Thats why they are paid the big bucks.
