if it had government plates it probably had a good reason to be going fast, maybe you should stop being a pain in the a$$ because whoever you report it to isnt going to care anyway . . also if the care were going in excess of 100 mph how did you have time to accurately guage the speed, evaluate the occupants, and catch the lisence plate?

Call the White House or the NSA and ask for assistance on this matter. Only joking, but go to Yahoo Search: Official unofficial Secrets Act by George W. Bush.

There must be a special number that is to reports thief, robbery, broken ins, and traffic violations. 911 is only for emergency and it seems that the car did not hit you or is chasing you. That would be scary

From what I remember in Criminal Justice class, in order for you to get a ticket for reckless driving or speeding, the officer that issues the ticket must be present or have a proxy officer (one that saw the infraction) report it to the officer writing the ticket. They will tell her thank you, but I do not believe the police can cite you based on her pictures.

call the newspapers and T.V. stations ask them to do a story about this licence plate and I bet that reporter will dfinately get a person to slow down next round.
