can u suggest me how can i bring my weight to normal,as i dont get time to exercise,feels tired after office,i had tried dieting but i feel really wierd out ,afterwards...putting on kgs on my tummy and thighs... cycling exerciser will it help? please reply

there is a lot you can do!

first, whenever you can just get up and be active..walk down to deliver a note instead of emailing......you get the idea. in no time you'll be burning a few extra calories here and there...

and here is a secret...the more you exercise the more energy you will have! you will also be happier, exercise is a proven way to fight depression.

when it comes to dieting there is a special rule....eat what you want but only small bits. You want a cookie, fine, but only eat one or get some of those premeasured packets like the nabisco 100 calorie packets.. enjoy what you want but set some limits. I have a rule that when i sit down with the family to eat i only get one helping. figrue out what works best for you and stick with it! somtimes tiny changes have big impact.

oh, and did you know you can exercise while watching tv? look up cosmo or redbook magazine online, they will probably have information!

like i say, tiny changes make an impact. there was a guy who stopped eating fastfood for a year and ended up loosing like 50 pouns! just by stopping his fast food addiction!

hey and when you find you do have time and energy do something fun for exercise..dancing, sports, playing with kids/pets whatever you want as long asyou are active!

First you should consult a dietitian or your family practitioner not everyone has the same make up so normal for you is going to be different for someone else second don't get frustrated its always hard at first especially when you don't see results right away and thirdly don't give up the key to your weight success is how you feel about yourself. Yoga is often a good way to get you in the frame of mind to do the exercise you just don't think you can do or even light meditation. Good Luck

exercise is a must for a healthy body. Need not be rigorous. even walking to office and back home can be enough. Avoid oily foods. drink plenty of water. it helps in dissolving lipids. do not eat anything at least two and a half hours before bed-time. give yourself two months to see the results.

You need to walk alot and do crunches and situps. However, crunches and situps will not make you lose the weight, it will turn the fat cells into muscle, so it will make you thinner.

Dieting alone seldom ever works.
