very simple , nobody know about think and feel and learning
thinking and feel and learning is not know for computer programmers !
if programmers can find matematic model for feel and think
they will can to making expert and inteligent machine
programmers working hard for this action
you can see OCRs , translators , game and
they are first setp for inteligent programs
in next 10 years computers can working same human brain for analys somthing

Because it can only does the things you make it do thus it's less intelligent then we are and it still will a lot of mistakes within a short period of time.
