Chameleon's don't just turn to x colour every time to mask themselves. They do it for various reasons, mating, fear, hunting etc. The majority of them aren't very good at it at all. But if they were on a mirror and found themselves in danger, they would most likely turn the colour of whatever the mirror was reflecting.

I tested this my self......no color change was detected but i did notice what a nice body I have....hehe good question!!!, if i had a chameleon I could tell you, maybe ask Boy George..get it

maybe whatever colour the mirror is reflecting.

well it will depend on the surrounding if the mirror is in kept in a garden its reflection in the mirror will make it take a green colour

it completely depends.. because of what the mirror is facing.. so if it is facing a brown wall.. it will turn brown.. and then put in the toilet for looking like poo.. so then it'd turn white or green.. or whatever colour the toilet is.. and then it'll get flushed and it'll die.
