I blamed my hubby for my weight gain at first, but with education and a lifestyle change I learned that not only job stress added pounds but genetics also was a factor. Help your spouse target the problem and work on it together. Weight loss is not easy, it has to be a lifestyle change and if both of you do it it makes is easier and you both benefit.

LOL, no. It would be nice to blame others, but we are all responsible for our own actions. No matter the stress, I ultimately have the choice of whether or not to overeat, or to eat the wrong things vs. healthy things.

wow first one humm just remmber everything that goes wrong is your fault. just try to behave like adults and talk everything out and there wont be hardly any stress
