In the U.S. there are huge subsidies for agricultural purposes, but taxation is performed. The subsidies are supposed to provide for support in case of drought, oversupply, etc. These subsidies are also provided to make the agricultural products competitive on the world market. Many other nations complain, but most nations do similarly. The ones that are most hurt by this are third world countries that can't afford to provide subsidies. I'm guessing, but maybe this is what you mean.

No income should be taxed. It's a waste of time and money figuring out who owes what, and all the taxes that are collected go to wasteful bureaucratic programs.

all income should be taxed equally with no bias incentives, deductions, credits or exceptions. flat rate dollar for dollar. Individual, business, and government entity all the same.
