Dress as lightly as you can, drink lots of cool liquids. Open the windows if you can, get that cross ventilation going.
You can go to a movie that has air conditioning, visit a friend who has it.
Fans help, not much, but a little.
Air conditioners, are fairly cheap now, it may be well worth it to you, to get one. For your own comfort, it's well worth the price.

Go Swimming!!! I think pretty much everyone spends a pretty long time swimming in the local pool, or the lake, or whatever's convenient fro them. If you can't do one of those then, if you get too hot, go take a freezing cold shower. That oughta cool you off for a while!

Take lots of cold showers.

get a block of ice or about 20 lbs. of ice, pour it into a tub, bucket, etc, and turn on your fan to high, so the fan will blow the cool air from off the ice.

I saw this thing in a catalog the other day. It's an ice pack to put over an oscillating fan (electric fan). It is supposed to really help with cooling. The catalog is in the car. If you want, write me tomorrow at schelle_schell@yahoo.com and I'll send you the info.

Walk around naked and listen to the neighbors laugh and giggle making comments about a mini. Not sure what that is about.

hit the lake, the movies, coffee shop, or better yet find witch one of you friends are off and go to their place and enjoy theri AC and company

Jump into a swimming pool.......Rub ice all over yourself......Stay inside and run the fans and ceiling fans...

go have sit in water tank/swimming pool or use some cooling talc.(body powder.)
