Obviously the hands cross at exactly 12 midnight (both on 12)... but an hour later, the minute hand is on the 12 and the hour hand is on the 1... so rather than being 12 times in 12 hours, it is 11 times in 12 hours.
The minute hand goes around 12 times in 12 hours, but the hour hand goes around 1 time in 12 hours. So the net ratio of times around is 11. For anyone saying 12, they are wrong.
12 / 11 hours = 720 / 11 minutes = 65 5/11 minutes = 1 hr, 5 minutes, 27.2727 seconds.
So the times will be:

3:16:21.82
4:21:49.09
5:27:16.36
6:32:43.64
