No way, I think it is the most peacful thing to fall asleep to though. I used to love when I was growing up and a storm came. We would sit on the front porch with a bowl of popcorn or something and have a ball watching it.

Nope! I am more afraid of tornados if the weather is ripe for them. It's funny that I saw this question as it is storming right now where I live! I love thunderstorms so I am in a pretty good mood. :)

no not now, now i love thundering. earlier I used to get afraid of this. earlier I used to rush to find a peaceful place during the strom so that I can not hear such noises

It's just awesome!!! I find it fun to watch for the flashes and listen for the sound. It's also a good reminder that humans don't own this world. There is still much that's beyond us.

no, I feel so comforted-as I hear the noise of the wind against my walls it makes me feel even more sheltered. I get a sick satisfation that my little girl gets scared in her sleep and gets in my bed...I get to feel like the great protector

nope, i love it. i once saw a lightning bolt strike the road about 50 feet infront of my car, and another hit a house that was about the same distance away...

as long as i dont get fried, its fascinating.
