That would depend on the size of the universe. If the universe is infinite and what is called ergodic (sufficiently varied ) then multiple exact copies of the earth would have to exist. If the universe was small, then they wouldn't. The fact is we have no direct evidence that the universe is finite. The portion we can see is finite, but we know the universe must be far bigger than the little piece of it that we can see.

I would say a definite yes to one being nearly identical because in an endless universe the probabilities of another earth are endless also. I would think of it as egotistical to think otherwise really.

If what people say of an infinite universe is true, there should be an infinite number of earths. No matter how low the chances are, anything multiplied by infinity is still infinity.

yes another earth is possible in this vast planet. in our solar system except earth, on other planets life is not possible. but there are plenty of other solar systems having plenty of earths in it.
