I want a little American flag with "made in America" written over it... like how you see on products. Do you think that would be tacky?

Yes, it would look tacky. An American Flag doesn't need to be anywhere but on a flag-pole.

depends on how the flag and the wording is done
i'd have a tattered American Flag (like its seen some action)
and some triped out lettering like tribal, or even better Old english letterin

I have a friend that has a tatoo that says made in New Zealand and I also have a friend that has a tatoo that says made in Texas, and they both have it on their butt. If you do I think you should do the state that you where made in and on your butt.

Go for it ,but in the current world I would keep it kind of private. Think future jobs, relationships. You never know where the road is going to lead you!
