and while this war is going on, there has not been another attack on US soil. We are making some serious headway in the global war against radical Islam. Money well spent to me.
Here are the facts.
We invaded Iraq in March of 2003, can you tell me of a terror attack that has happened on US soil since then?

Unfortunately America has no idea what is at stake. Al Qaeda and others have the same plan for Iraq as they had for Afghanistan
That is:
1. Dislodge the foreign invader (Russia then, the U.S now)
2. Foment a Civil War after deciding who will be the victor. Then take that side.
3. Once your side takes over, call in the political debt and request sanctuary for terrorist training headquarters and camps. For oil-rich Iraq they will also request a share in oil revenues to fund the purchase of satchel nukes, etc.
We need to understand clearly that this step is pivotal for world wide domination by Al Qaeda. For this reason, they will spend every asset, human and otherwise, to achieve it. It does not matter how long we stay. It does not matter how strong the Iraqi government becomes. Iraq is doomed, and we are powerless to prevent it.
That is why we must bring the troops home NOW. The next step in the program is the same as it was in Afghanistan. Once comfortably ensconced in Iraq and considerably affluent with oil revenues, they will return to their plan of destruction of the U.S. The success of the plan in Afghanistan led to 9/11. Once we have left Iraq, public debate will never allow our return. They know that; so Iraq will become a haven forever. Next, with their new found wealth, the military might of the old Soviet Union is theirs to buy from the Russian Mafia.
The U. S. has thousand of miles of border over which currently pours hundreds of illegal immigrants, and hundreds of tons of drugs daily. We cannot stop it. The next step for Al Qaeda will be to add hundreds of terrorists and hundreds of tons of arms and explosives to the border flow. We must call the troops home NOW and assign them to border duties. Even with these on the borders, we will not be able to close them; so we need to reinstitute the Draft until we have at least a million men to seal our borders. We must also add extensively to the Navy and Coast Guard to secure our shores.
If we act NOW, we may yet endure. Otherwise, American women should rush out and to buy burkhas and we should all learn to speak Arabic.

and after every month it has costed $10 Billion dollars!!!
And were in a multi-trillion dollar debt nationally as a Country!
We borrow $$$ for everything we need to spend money on at home for from other Countries like China, Japan, Taiwan...etc.. must I not forget about Saudi Arabia and Dubai??? That's right, Dubai still has control over our ports.22 of our ports!!!
We are in Iraq on the false assumption of WMD!!!! We need to set a time table for the Iraqi Government to know when they can expect us to leave and they need to take responsibility for their Country and start standing up!! So we can stand down!!! Besides Bush has no clue about what the hell he is doing!!!
I could go on and on about this......

That the protection stress will proceed its failed technique of "section conflict" (having gadgets remoted in bases even as the floor between the bases and the Iraqi borders are a tremendous open no-guy's land). i imagine we if despatched more advantageous troops, or a minimum of used the Iraqi troops to seal up Iraq's borders, and that i recommend sealed tight, the insurgency might want to dry up. once you reduce off the elements of recent bombs and conscripts, then the insurgency will truly be virtually as good because that is at present, and would might want to be whittled right down to no longer something by skill of the years.

All war is hell. But terrorism must be defeated, it is not the U.S.who is the cancer of mankind but those who would have you and I live in total fear without any concern for humanity. If not going to war means Letting that kind of mind set stay alive and allowed to grow then I choose war. Because life without freedom is not any life at all.

Operation Iraqi freedom is a very successful and well run business. "We had a great attack plan, but not a withdrawal one". Who needs a plan to withdraw? Would you have a plan to walk away if you were involved in the most profitable business in the world? Of course not. The owner of this business is selling us billions of dollars in weapons, at a very expensive and overvalued price; therefore, generating a big profit. Those weapons are used in the name of freedom, to kill people and destabilize the world's oil industry. What happens next, oil crisis. Now oil is sold to us, weapon's buyers, at a very expensive and overvalued price; therefore, generating a great profit, to the same guy that sold us the weapons. It is a win win situation.
Our soldiers are not only killing innocent people in the name of freedom, but they are dying and willing to die for it.
Freedom is priceless, and so is this multi-trillion dollar business.

It's not so much the money. It's the loss of life, the ruined lives. The women and men who come home broken and shattered. I wish we could find a way out without it all being in vain. But I respect the troops, and I know they are giving their all for their country and for what they believe in.
