Know her. Wake her up with her favorite breakfast. Get her favorite coffee from her favorite place, have fresh flowers next to the bed. Make a day out of this spoil her show her how you feel about her. By her a card just because the sun is out that day. Its the little things that seem to make the most differance in my marriage.

The most important thing I think is to show her that she is the most beautiful woman on earth and never talk about anything that is not so perfect in her body, it is really nice when a husband shows that what ugly in his wife is beautiful in his eyes

It's not a "thing" you can do - it's the way you live your lives together. Every single day is a gift both of you have, and its a greater gift because you've been given love. Look at her with that "look", tell her one thing you love about her every day, and most of all- make sure she knows you respect her. Respect is everything in a marraige, but she needs to know it from you.
