What was the outcome when you had to take a lead in an important project?

this is one of the questions in the job interview.. help pls

tell the truth. did it go well or badly. The last time i was project manager on a finance project at schoole it went verry well. when you pick good people to work with and point them in the right direction you are on the right track.

In my case, it went off better than anyone had expected, including myself.
