Try contacting a student from the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art. http://www.kubertsworld.com/kubertschool/KubertSchool.htm

Joe Kubert is an amazing artist--his faculty has a lot of artists who have worked for Marvel and other comics. The gallery of their work samples is http://www.kubertsworld.com/kubertschool/frames/gallery.htm

i would just go to an art student. someone that draws like a marvel artist. there has got to be plenty of them. if u live in ny near the city go to an art college. otherwise the only way to get a marvel artist is through a lot of money. ~Sara

Try a tattoo shop. They have wonderful artists that can help you...provided they are willing.
