It’s a female version of cartoons with superheroes. The sailors fought against the evil, but not really in an b*tt-kicking way but with magic.
The sailors were schoolgirls who were chosen to fight by some sort of ancient power, and later it turned out they were descendants of previous sailors. There were also a lot of funny and romantic stories, but by the end of the series it got rather dark. So it’s like a typical anime.
Girls loved it because it was for them and boys loved it too because the sailors were very sexy.

Sailor Moon was a cartoon that use to be on cartoon network around 3:30pm central time a while ago. It was the show right before Dragon Ball Z. Sailor Moon was about this girl and her friends fighting evil pretty much... I'm not sure if it is still on TV though.

It´s an Japanese anime cartoon. It´s about some girls ("Sailor Moon" is most important (she seems to be the boss) - but there is also "Sailor Mars", "Sailor Venus",...). They fight for love and fairness and all that stuff. "Sailor Moon" has a magical stone.

Its the anime that got me addicted to anime, I can't believe you know the name of it and don't know what Sailor Moon is. Its pretty much a show about a bunch of girls that fight evil. I used to watch it when I was younger, and the best character, a mon avis, was Tuxedo Mask. He was so cool!!!!!!!!

it's this anime about this blonde girl with other girls in the group named after planets fighting bad guys and of course saving the universe.
