old skool: it would and will forever be tupac, anybody that disagrees with that don't know **** about hip-hop, straight up. now the new rappers, its a tie to me between ludacris and lil wayne. luda can rap about any damn thang. lil wayne made me like him after he came out with the carter II. if you aint got that album, never heard it or don't like it, you are by no means a rap fan.
