Talk with her or ask her or if you know her lawyer have your lawyer contact hers to find out. You also may want to check your local news paper in the legals section. You will also know when you get papers to sign too. How far away are you from her? Do you live in the same area or county? If not it may be harder to find this out. You can also check with her local court house of the area or town she resides in. Hope this helps you some.

If she filed you should have gotten the papers. Usually if she filed for it then the lawyer will have someone deliver the papers to you. Or she will give them to you. or you could probably go to a lawyer and ask them to look...I'm sure theres like a registry or something that they can look in. but I'm sure, if it costs money to do this, they can at least point you in the right direction of how to find out...other than asking her.

Call the county court house. If this was filed, the paperwork would have to go through them and they will have this info on file.
