I suggest that you get a small clean cloth, an wipe it with some alcohol, if that don't work, u might have to take it to a shop. (dont know what shop tho, sorry)

The best way to clean a CD is to get a glass wiper like the psp cleaner to wipe with. DO NOT GET IT WET!!
