There is no fast solution, and losing too much weight too fast is not healthy. The healthy route is a pound per week. Just try eating more fruits and vegetables, and find some type of exercise you like. You have weak ankles, but can you bike?? You have to do some type of exercise, so find something you like, and start out slow. Work up to a half hour a day. And try to stick to a strict diet if you can. Allow one day a week to eat whatever you want. You will see a difference. Good luck.

I am usually not a supporter of weight loss pills, but TwinLab's Extreme Fat Burn supplements work wonders. The ingredients are all natural, etc. If you combine those with a healthy eating and workout plan, you'll get amazing results. For workout, weight training every other day increases speed of weight loss, and do cardio on an elyptical for about 30 minutes on days you aren't weight training. Trust me.

Burn more calories than you consume. I've lost a bunch of weight doing the whole low-carb thing, combined with a regular exercise routine. Do lots of cardio --- sweat sweat sweat. You might want to eat more if you exercise more, but when you do eat, eat right!

you're not going to find a fast solution...weight loss is a commitment, not a new haircut. get with a nutritionist and trainer and do it the RIGHT way, not the fast way. you didn't gain it overnight, you're not going to lose it overnight. good luck :)

eat small portions, but always eat every meal. Just eat less, excercise by doing sitting down workouts like crunches or push ups.
