All sciences are interrelated. For instance, there is a lot of chemistry that takes place in the body...the break down of carbohydrates to provide energy, for instance. It is a chemical reaction that fuels the energy of the sun. Chemistry is everywhere, you can't get away from it.

Physics should actually be studied first, then Chemistry, then Earth Sciences/Biology. However, there is too much math in physics and chemistry for young students to understand, which is why it is usually studied in the opposite order.
