Yes and no. You could say that they are both in the same generation which would be Generation Y.
Generation Y is the cohort of people born immediately after "Generation X", though the term is itself controversial and is synonymous with several alternative terms including The Net Generation, Millennials, Echo Boomers, iGeneration, Second Baby Boom, and Google generation. Generation Y is generally considered to be the last generation of Americans wholly born in the 20th century. Using the broadest definition commonly cited, Generation Y currently (as of 2006) includes Americans in their mid and early 20s, teenagers and children over the age of 5.
However, that generation breaks off into subsets, so you could also say that a 21 year old is in the MTV Generation while a 16 year old is in the Myspace Generation.

Yes and No, it depends on who is the 21yr and 16yr old around with. Some 21yr old still act stupid, and some 16yr old act like older genaradion.

no. because 16 yr old is not an adult and legally he cannot do any works,but 21yr old can do any decision as per the law becuse he is an adult.

Yes, a generation, is assumed to be twenty years, so in that case the answer is yes. But if you are thinking of dating a 16yo. and your twenty one, that won't work. Being sixteen, makes you a minor, and 21 an adult.
There are laws protecting minors, so that's not a good arrangement.

maybe maybe not generations are so short now-a-days I know people who r older than their uncle because kids are have babies so young then when they grow up and are more mature want another baby after there original baby has had her or his offspring...anyways that what I think
