whatever u know and love... do that... you should do what you think you would do best. if you like art, i would recommend art therapy. you could also simply major in psychology.
it's all about what makes u you.
i would suggest that you pick something that suits your needs.
if u like something, go with that. don't pick the thing that someone tells you to just b/c they think that is what you should do and what you would make money with. do what makes you happy = ]

Well for psychology the answer is easy: psychology classes. Psychiatry = Med School

Two points to make:

Psychology is a social science and typically leads to graduate schools that ultimately open the doors as a social researcher or counselor. The classes required for this major involve the basic GE requirements with emphases in the soft sciences (NOT chemistry or physics) and humanities (pysch, sociology, english)

Psychiatry is a specialization following MEDICAL SCHOOL. This implies a pre-professional (ie. pre-med) curriculum that focuses on the hard sciences (chemistry, organic chemistry, biology, anatomy, calculus, etc.) and requires you to attend medical school, then follow-on specialization.

So ... clear as mud? Your choice should be driven by your desired endstate ...

Psychology because I have no clue what the other thing is.

Something else you could do is write one major on 1 piece of paper and the other major on the other piece of paper and put one in the shredder and do the one you didn't put in the shredder A garbage can would also work.
