Go too a search engine and type in "latitude longitude" (without quotes) and the location you are looking for. I use google and it always works for me.

You could do it the old fashioned way, by looking at a map, in an Atlas. They should have one in the Public Library.
I'm not sure about the GPS system, or you could Google the area or town you want, and see if they have it.
