When i turn it on, it is makes a buzzing sound but nothing happens.

Usually it made a whole lot of noise and ate up everything.

I tried pressing the little red button on the disposal, but no use.

Any clue anyone?

Do NOT do anything like put your hand into it!

Get your broom ... preferably wooden handle... turn it upside down and put it down into the disposal. carefully move it around the edges until it comes up against the blade. Apply pressure adn try to get it to move.
If you get it to move around, press the reset button and try it... If you can't pry it loose, call a repair person or replace it.

I have fixed disposals for years and this is usually the easiest fix.
Best rule is to never put anything down the disposal you can't chew up with your own teeth. :o)

Most disposals have a hole in the center on the bottom to insert a crank handle--it's usually metal about 6 inches long. Make sure your disposal switch is off and put the handle into the disposal on the bottom and try moving it back and forth. This should unstick anything stuck. If the debris is big--like a plastic or metal lid, etc., you may have to remove something that's inside the top area. Use vinyl gloves. If you really don't like sticking your hand in the garbage disposal, turn off the circuit breaker (switch may be outside) if that helps. Good luck!

Probably jammed , leave it off and find the wrench that came with it or find an Allen (Hex) wrench that will fit in the socket located in the center of the bottom of the disposal and turn it by hand several revolutions then remove the wrench and try it again

Maybe the blade broke or burned out engine? Pushing the red button usually works..but, if you tried that....

buzzing means it's connected.
You need the special wrench that came with it to unlock it.
They usually come with a long warranty like 5 or 7 years, you may want to use it.
