Is Benji Mormon?

I noticed on "So You Think You Can Dance" tonight that someone in the audience had a sign that said "choose the Benji" which was written in the same symbol as the LDS symbol "CTR" (choose the right).

Does anyone know if Benji is LDS (Mormon)??? or from Utah? what part? anyone know?

Yes, he's Mormon! But he's from California. The only reason I know this is because he said he was a virgin on the show, so I, too, got curious and had to go find out!
