first of all learn how to spell by, its BUY, then you can look for real estate in a ghost town. I not sure why you specifically want to live in a ghost town per say. You should find a specific location, for example a beach is a ghost town in the winter time in some areas. Other than that you may want to try the country. Any state out west, I obviously am on the east coast, but if you talk to a realtor they should be able to better direct you

First, forget the dig about spelling from tpmike2004. (It's 'per se'...not 'per say').....If it's a ghost town, depending on who owns the land, you could probably just squat. Most ghost towns would not have much to offer in the way of decent housing. Maybe a 'semi-ghost town'....one with very few residents and cheap housing maybe......and no services. Good luck.

Once your medication wears off, try thinking about your question. They call them ghost towns cause no one lives there!
