You should find a specific location, for example a beach is a ghost town in the winter time in some areas. Other than that you may want to try the country. First, forget the dig about spelling from tpmike2004. (It's 'per se'...not 'per say').....If it's a ghost town, depending on who owns the land, you could probably just squat. Most ghost towns would not have much to offer in the way of decent housing. Maybe a 'semi-ghost town'....one with very few residents and cheap housing maybe......and no services. Good luck.
