Grieving is the best way to remember someone close to you that you have lost. It is the only way to get better. If you are done grieving and still feel that you are emotionally unbalanced, contact your local mental health center or hospital that offers classes about things of this nature.

I still cry for my dog that I lost 4 years ago. I loved him so much. My parents are in heaven also. You can cry for ever in between doing other things and living your life. That's just fine, go ahead.

Yes, it's ok, even if it was a friend or family member, you should be able to let your feelings out, no matter who is around.

It is perfectly ok to cry. That 's the only way you will get through your mourning stage. I am soo sorry you have to go through that I know exactlly how you feel.

Yes, get it all out! Keeping it inside you ,will only
hurt you more in the long run!

Never ask permission to have feelings...You don't need a greenlight to be human...If you feel like crying, cry....It harms you much more to keep things inside...
