it wont let me enter a table because i cant recieve pop-ups

on top of internent explorer, click tools, pop up blocker, turn off pop up blocker

Go to tools, internet options, security, trusted sites. Then you should be able to add yahoo. You might need the complete url.
hope it helps. might have to open your pop up blocker or internet security and see if you can find where it lets you add sites.
Also, if it is your browser blocking it, turn it off by going to tools, pop up blocker.

you can click on Tools, then Internet Options, then Privacy. Uncheck the box to allow pop-ups. Just be sure to check if you don't want pop-ups all the time.

When you are clicking on the link hold down the CTRL key too. That should allow the pop-up come through.

Hold CTRL and click where you want to go. This temporarily disables your pop-up blocker.
