It takes a certain kind of down-right-mean-ness to do that. I had that happen to me once. It was awful....just remembering it makes me feel mad all over again. There are people in this world who are just bone-hateful....if they 'can't have something nice they don't think anyody else should either. You can rest assured they are bums! And just think of all the Bad Karma they earned!

To help you 'break em in'. It's to help that new car owner feel less apprehensive about parking like an a$$hole taking up two parking spots to their new car doesn't get a 'ding' in it.
