My sweetie and I have been living together about three years and I always thought we would eventually be confortable enough to be in the restroom together in that way but he insists on door shutting. Once i used the toilet when he was in the shower but he didn't like it at all. I really don't care. My family never made a big deal out of it... heck I use the toilet when I talk to my mom on the phone. I guess its just how you both feel.

I don't usually have a problem. My other half actually says it helps him relax sometimes if I'm present, lol. And NO, not because of something dirty is going on, just because I guess. I don't know, kind of weird but hey! I guess it's just a certain kind of bond or understanding or something.

As far as family members go, I don't really vouch for it. Sometimes I've had to go just #1 in front of mom or something but anything more than that and with anyone else from my family or otherwise, no way.

I dont feel comfortable, I have a tough time going in front of people, just like that guy in that movie "the Waiting". But if you're comfortable with it then go right ahead

I'll use the restroom in front of my husband on occasion. Not something I do regularily or in front of anyone else, though.

Depends who the loved one is.
My sister and I go to the toilet together if we are at a club and only number ones. But I couldn't in front of my boyfriend or anyone else in my family.

It takes time but you get used to it. After you both get to know each other better, then it's like second nature. Nothing to be embarrassed about. Being that close to your loved one means you pretty much share everything.
