Like most people, I'm naturally right footed. My second season I was moved to the left side because there was no one there to play it. Lots of practice helped and now I use either foot depending upon the situation. Anyway, long story short, some days I seem to regress back to not being able to kick lefty. Those days are what you may feel like. When this happens, I practice a little longer with the left in warmups. What I like to do is visualize the motion of kicking with the right and then try to duplicate it with the left. I know it sounds silly but at least for me, most of it's mental and not physical. Also, I like to softly chip it to a teammate for a bit. Nothing long range at first. It's easier to work into the motion by going slower like that than instead of trying to hit it hard. Just don't put too much pressure on yourself and get frustrated. Hope you get it working.

As you know left leg is weak and gets tired so quickly so just believe you can do it. Go an extra mile while practicing. I have tried it and it works. i can now juggle with my left foot only but not for so long but at least i'm getting somewhere. Remember a winner never quits and a quitter never wins. Keeping going.

Keep working on roundhouse and straight kicks. Also try resistance training on just your left leg every other workout. Then the following week go back to weight training on both legs

As they say, "practice makes perfect" and if you are patient, even better. Dont give up, just keep kicking at it with your left foot until you achieve what you want.

You might also find it helpful to keep a notebook on what progress you are making to sompare techniques and encouage yourself.

well try to kick the ball at targets not too far away. It is best to practice penalties, closer to the goal rather than from the "spot"
you should practice with someone who won't mind running extra, coz u r gonna kick the ball really OFF TARGET!! and i mean it.
Practice alone will help u.
My dad helped me to practice and now i play at inter-district level. May go to inter-state.
GOOD LUCK!!!

Use the damn stupid leg. The only way I learned to master the left leg was after a significant ijury to my right leg ... I had no other option than to use the left ...
