Here is one you may not believe, but it works, on poison ivy, oak, etc. and, yes, on acne. MAALOX. Brand specific, others don't work quite as well or as fast. One heck of a lot cheaper than that prescription stuff. Use LIBERALLY in AM, and then at bed time. Leave on over night. It dries clear so even the day time application will vanish before you leave for school, when school starts up again and if you still have some by then. It is a "growing up" thing where your PH factor goes high on the acid side. And, DUUU. MAALOX is an an-acid!!!.

And for the "doubters" out there, just try some on a selected spot and see how it's effect compares to any thing else.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Are you sure it's acne? My son has bad eczema and it looks like acne when it's bad! Worse yet, his real acne blends in some places on his body! Go see a doctor and get help. A script may be what you need. Don't scrub or pick at them. I know it's hard, but I have scars on my face, chest and back from when I used to pick. I'm in my late 30's now (God I'm old!) and still get acne. My dad and uncles are in their 70's and still get acne. Sometimes it's in your genes! Good Luck!

I've never heard of acne being all over a persons body before. I'm not saying that this isn't possible. Try going to a dermatologist. Ask your doctor to check you out for allergies also and different skin diseases. Make sure you get the best dermatologist there is.

if its superficial and localized (in one area only) try cleaning it with clean water and hypoallergenic antibacterial soap.

if its systemic (all over) take antibiotics, the bacteria might be in the blood.

its a case to case basis... so i suggest you seek a dermatologist for that.

Shower daily. And change your shirt often so the sweat doesn't permeate back there, causing dirt and therefore pimples.

And when showering scrub back there.
