First of all, you are not a retard as one person stated. I wish I had a sounding board like this when I was your age.. First of all, you are only 14, still going through puberty. Chances are your penis will grow more over the next couple years. However if you don't, and some guys are small, I am, do not sweat it. Size is not everything as there are lots of ways to satisfy a woman.
When will you get armpit hair? why? when you sweat it is smelly and gross looking. I keep my shaved, and my pubic hair too as it is more sanitary.
And your *** is clear, is just another indication you are still going through puberty. It will change, but you will have clear all your life, it is just called pre***, which is like a lubricate that comes out before you shoot. But time will bring more for you.

My penis at 14 was 1" soft and 3" hard. So you are doing well! Mine is actually pretty much the same size as yours is now but I'm 23.
