Yes, they have small nests which are made up of lichens and moss rather than the standard nest materials of other birds. The nests will be little cups.

Yes ,and their nest are hard to detect. very small sack shaped that hangs from the limb.

Yes I believe so. I see many a day and they all fly in and out of a large pine tree I have in my front yard... thats what I base my answer on.
