do i tell my neighbor i'm using his wifi?

keystroke logging
leaving solitaire on the employee's comp, and firing them for using it (happened in NY)

the only one i can think of artificial intelligence: whether it can become to close to human cognition and result in negative consequences (Terminator theory)...privacy vs. being monitored by government/work/school...freedom of information vs censorship..pornography filtering, intellectual property, junk e-mail..running sotfware that the user doesn't know about..piracy by keygens/p2p systems
