I have uneven skin tone. Can drinking sufficient amounts of water reduce this? Will this make my skin look healthier?

I think so because I'm the only one in my family that does not like soda, tea or coffee so i drink a lot of water and I have no spots and my skin, I believe looks healthy. My sister on the other hand does not drink as much water as me and she has spotty skin. I assume thats why but it could be just a coincidence.

It can help making your skin look healthy, but it won't even out your skin tone. Mary Kay has a new product that came out this month that will help with uneven skin tone.

TimeWise® Even Complexion Essence
Formulated with our patent-pending Lucentrix™ complex, TimeWise® Even Complexion Essence is clinically shown to restore skin's natural, even tone by helping reduce visible dark spots and reverse skin discoloration. And when added to a comprehensive age-fighting program like TimeWise® skin care, this concentrated serum can help every woman – from ivory to beige to bronze skin tones – see a more even complexion. You'll see results in as little as four weeks. And with continuous use, the powerful results get even better.

84% of panelists experienced a more even skin tone†.

Plus, to protect your skin and help prevent further damage, it's essential to use an SPF product such as TimeWise® Day Solution Sunscreen SPF 25*.

Drinking water improves everything. It helps to keep your skin looking flawless and you look more awake. If you start drinking only water it would also help you lose weight. I know you're lazy but it's really bad for you not to exercise. You'll regret it in the future. I used to be really skinny so I don't exercise, now I'm 50lbs overweight. Now I have to exercise and I'm so mad at myself for being lazy when I was younger.

yeah water actually helps your skin to hydrate and keep the moisture balance of the skin...so your skin never stays dry. it is a myth that water should be drank only when you sweat a lot or stay outdoor but in reality even though you are sitting indoors (airconditioned environment) you need to drink lots of water as air conditioner dehydrates your skin and it appears dry.

ideally, one should drink 10-12 glasses of water depending on the weather and physical activity.

Yep. It is the best way to do so. If you drink 8 glasses a day, you will see a difference in no time. Broccoli, Walnuts, & Blueberries also improve the skin's condition.

Water makes your body look cooler and refreshed. Our bodies are made up of over 85%
water. We lose water by persperation and
urinateing. It is imperative that we replace the
water that we lose, because most of our cells
need itto function properly. Drink your 8 glasses
or more everyday, or you may end up looking up like a dried up prune!

drinking water does help replenish your skin
but it doesnt do much for your skin tone.
it will make your skin look healthier
but it may not even out your skin
drinking water helps replenish water in your skin that you loose through sweating and what not
and i always reccommend to drink water
but it honestly doesnt do much for your face but it will make you look healthy
and it will give you a natural glow.

Water will help that. Also they have retin A for bleaching any spots and of course a cover stick to use as make-up to cover any dark areas.

Drinking water works miracles. It is really good for your skin - best if it's distilled or filtered though.
