Never trust ANYONE based on their looks alone. Personally i think you did the right thing by NOT picking him up. Especially cause you are a female you need to be extra cautious. Since you are the type of person who thinks about helping others in that situation you should only pick someone up if they are female and with kids. That is the route i would take anyway just because im not tring to be the next person on Unsolved Mysteries.

No for so many reasons
1. Hes probley longggggggggggg gone
2. He may be killer or rapist
3. Its a waste of expensive gas
4.You should not talk to strangers
5. You shoulda thought about it 2 days ago
6. He could be wanted 4 arrest and u picking him up could cause u to become apart of the crime

NO!!! They can kill you when you're not looking!! Don't you ever watch detective shows? Alot of them look friendly...but it's a disguise. Nah, I didn't see that on a detective show but...don't die anyway!
