i oftentimes dream of my ex-boyfriend and he was desperately asking for my help in my dreams...anybody have an idea what this mean? i haven't talked to him for 5 years - haven't had any communication whatsoever. we're now both married and everything was settled between us. this dream comes often and his face is very vivid in my dreams...i'm confused bcause i haven't had any communication with him, nor was i even thinking of him. he just constantly pops up in my dreams....

They say that dreams are an expression of your own self-consciousness. Maybe you are trying to scream out help to yourself. Maybe he was a person that you knew you could confide in deeply that was a really good friend whom you could share secrets or troubles with, someone that really listened and he symbolizes trust. Maybe you need to help yourself in some way.

it probabley means that he is trying to get in touch with you. Dreams usually always mean something, so he just wants to talk to u or mabe even get back together if hes desperatly trying to get ur help in a dream...so why not give him a call
