This one goes to Deadpool. Punisher is going to fill him up with lead, but that won't stop Deadpool who will drive him up the wall with ridiculous banter and sling out strings of bullets himself. They can both fight like nobody's business, but in the end, it's Punisher who has to retreat and get medical help. Deadpool is practically a living cancer with regenerative abilities that rival Wolverine. My vote after one helluva fight, is Deadpool.

Im not too familiar with the punisher,ive only seen the movie not the comics,and my experiance with deadpool is limited to x-men legends 2 and a spin off issue in the mid 90's where venom utterly kicked deadpools ***.
going off what I know,doesnt the punisher only use weapons and gadgets?kinda like batman.......
deadpool has powers as well as being good with the guns,I think he would win.....and cant he teleport?

Definitely Deadpool. He's a mutant - with an even more advanced healing factor than Wolverine's. And with his fighting skills and motormouth, he'd put Frank Castle off his game long enough to teleport and turn the Punisher into shish-ke-skull!

Toss up. Although I have to take Punisher due to sheer determination and stubborn will. Deadpool does have the same healing powers as Logan aka Wolverine and the battle would be never ending.

deadpool would win, but it'd be a heck of a fight.
I give it to deadpool because he has a healing factor that's even more advanced than wolverine's. No matter how much training Frank Castle's had, and no matter how much of a badass he is, he is still only human.

DEADPOOL!!!! he can teleport behind punisher and cut his head off even if punisher managed to get a couple of rounds in him he would just heal, say a snappy comeback, and slice punisher to pieces or put a bullet in his head
