I have been seeing bull sacks(scrotums) hanging off of good ol' boys trailer hitches on their pick up trucks lately.
Why?
Is it becoming common everywhere or is this just some dumb redneck thing?
Please explain.....

It is indeed a dumb redneck thing. The best way to compensate for your own diminutive genitals is apparently by giving your truck a pair of testicles of its own.

I think I might have seen the same thing you saw today. It was bright blue, and it was dangling by a chain from a pickup's trailer hitch. I figured it was a sack with two different hitch sizes in it. But my first reaction was balls!

I think it's just some weirdo thing rednecks do. You certainly do see them hanging from the back of a Lexus.

In some countries they hang different thins either for luck or to protect them from invy. I dont like or belive in that.
