my best friend made a girlfriend a month ago and then he is always being with her. moreover he forgot our another friend's birthday . he is only think of her. i dont want to remain of his friend

If you are a guy, then get over it. If he has a new girlfriend then of course he want's to spend all of his free time with her now, but eventualy he will calm down and want to spend more time with other friends.
If you are a girl, then you are in love with him and are jealous that he has a new girlfriend and again, you need to get over it. Give yourself and him some space to let what happens happen.
And regardless of wether you are a guy or a gal, if you "Don't want to remain of his friend" because of something like this, then you were not really that good of friends to begin with so.....get over it.

That is part of growing up. Your friend will probably do this again too. At one point, you will too. Just keep being friends with your other friends. You may end up seeing how strong your friendship is before this is over. He will realize what is happening later. I can only say that I hope you and your other friend will forgive him and all of you stay friends. Just keep in mind that your turn is coming and even though you don't think you will, you will do the same thing.

Nothing.Still be his friend. How about getting a group date? Or a group together to hang out so everyone can be together and get to know her as well. This is part of life, honey, where one focus on the one nearest to their heart.

if im getting this correctly i would tell im the same thing that u just told us and see what happens and if he dosent agree with u then he wasnt a very good friend.
